1986 JEM ALEXANDER GALERIE In 1986, Arica Hilton opened Jem Alexander Galerie, a small art gallery in Westchester, IL next door to Morton's Restaurant. The gallery, named after her two son's, Jem and Alexander, became the best know secret in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Soon after, Morton's Restaurant Group enlisted Arica to become the art curator for their now extensive collection of sports related art in the dozens of Morton's Restaurants throughout the world. 1994 GOLDEN PEARLS PUBLISHING 1994 was the beginning of Arica Hilton's first fine art publishing venture. She launched Golden Pearls Publishing which became an overnight success throughout the United States and Japan. From Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, Hokkaido to Kyushu, Hiroshima to Wakayama, Arica orchestrated fine art exhibitions throughout Japan to during the mid-90's.
