The gallery, named after her two son's, Jem and Alexander, became the best know secret in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. Soon after, Morton's Restaurant Group enlisted Arica to become the art curator for their now extensive collection of sports related art in the dozens of Morton's Restaurants throughout the world.
